starve vt.使饿死;vi.饿得要死。

curve n.曲线,弯曲, [棒球]曲线球, [统]曲线图表；vt.弯,使弯曲；vi.成曲形。

carve v.雕刻,切开；[习语]carve up (分割，划分,瓜分)。

give n.弹性,可弯性;vt.给,授予,供给,献出;[习语]give away(背弃,出买)。

forgive vt. (forgave, forgiven)原谅,饶恕,宽免,赦免。
