 秋思

赵孟頫

清溪一叶舟，

芙蓉[1]两岸秋。

采菱谁家女？

歌声起暮鸥[2]。

乱云愁，满头风雨，

戴荷叶归去休[3]。

注释：

[1]芙蓉：荷花的别名。

[2]歌声起暮鸥：化用宋代李清照《如梦令》：“常记西亭日暮，沉醉不知归路，兴尽晚回舟，误入藕花深处，争渡，争渡，惊起一滩鸥鹭。”

[3]休：语气词，相当于“吧”。

On the clear stream she rows a leaf-like boat,

Lotus blooms spread autumn hue to the shore.

Who is gathering lotus seed, at dusk afloat?

She startles gulls with her folklore.

From gloomy clouds grief is shed,

Wind and rain overspread,

She goes back with a lotus leaf over her head.
